DOMAIN

 

The old vineyards from 10 to 40 years old are planted by vine Sauvignon or white Smoked on grounds argilo limestone and the Marne Kiméridgiennes, ground of preference of Sauvignon.

They give a dry and fruity white wine to the taste of flint which you'll appreciate quite particularly with fishes, white meats, and certain cheeses. During the grape harvest a selection of juices is realized and some of them are going to age is of oak there to give this special vintage among which many people say that it's worth the bend.

Pouilly on the Loire is a vine chasselas grape which gives a light and fruity wine to be drunk all the time of the day.
